We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Broadband Customer Support team in a chat process. The role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service through online communication.

**???? Shift**: UK Shift
**???? Working Days**: 5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Days Off
**???? Location**: Brookfield, Bangalore

### **???? Salary**:
– **Freshers**: ₹21,000 Take Home
– **Experienced**: Up to ₹23,000 Take Home (requires a minimum of 6 months of experience in International Chat Process)

### **???? Cab Facility**:
– **Boys**: Round trip, ₹2,750 deduction
– **Girls**: One way, ₹1,375 deduction

### **✅ Eligibility**:
– Open to Freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of experience in International Chat Process

### **???? Interview Rounds**:
1️⃣ HR Round
2️⃣ Assessment
3️⃣ Operations Round

**???? Interview Locations**:
– Hennur & Koramangala, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 12 PM
