Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Kothanur. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into customers through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
– Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads
– Convert sales leads into customers through effective communication and persuasion
– Meet and exceed sales targets
– Maintain accurate records of sales calls and customer interactions

Requirements
– Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or related field
– PUC and above qualification
– Fluency in English and one other language (Kannada or Hindi)
– Excellent communication and persuasion skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
