We’re on the hunt for a talented Operations Analyst to join our team in Brookfield! As an Operations Analyst, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights, process improvements, and exceptional analytical skills.

Responsibilities
– Analyze business operations to identify areas for improvement
– Develop and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
– Provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
– Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures

Requirements
– Graduate degree in any discipline
– Minimum 1.6+ years of experience in operations analysis or a related field (Graduate Freshers can also apply)
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits
– Competitive salary: up to ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 take-home per month
– Fixed shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM, 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
