Operations Analyst

Job Summary
We’re seeking a talented Operations Analyst to join our team in Brookfield! As an Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing and optimizing business operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring seamless execution.

Responsibilities
– Analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement
– Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
– Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
– Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures

Requirements
– Graduate degree in any discipline
– Minimum 1.6+ years of experience in operations analysis or a related field (Graduate Freshers can also apply)
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer
– Competitive salary: up to ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 take-home per month
– Fixed shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM, 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
