Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AR Caller to join our team in Koramangala. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have experience in handling accounts receivable issues.

Job Description
As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for:

– Handling incoming and outgoing calls with clients to resolve accounts receivable issues
– Investigating and resolving customer disputes and complaints
– Processing payments and adjustments to customer accounts
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Meeting or exceeding monthly collection targets
– Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues

– * Experience: Minimum 6 months in Accounts Receivable or related field
– * Salary: Competitive take-home salary up to ₹38,000 per month
– * Qualification: PUC and above
– * Location: Koramangala
