Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller

We’re seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join our team in Koramangala !

Responsibilities:
– Manage and resolve outstanding invoices and payments
– Communicate with clients via phone, email, or mail to resolve payment issues
– Update and maintain accurate records of payments and invoices
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex payment issues

Requirements:
– Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field
– Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
– PUC and above qualification
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
– Familiarity with US rotational shifts
