Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller

Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join our team in Bellandur! As an AR Caller, you’ll play a vital role in managing and resolving outstanding payments from customers.

Responsibilities
– Make outbound calls to customers to resolve outstanding payments
– Investigate and resolve customer disputes and queries
– Update customer records and accounts receivable systems
– Meet and exceed monthly collection targets
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements
– Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field
– Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
– PUC and above qualification
– Ability to work in a fixed night shift environment
