Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Academic Counselor to join our team in Ramnagara (Shantinagar). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic guidance and support to students, helping them navigate their academic journeys and achieve their goals.

*Key Responsibilities*
– Provide expert academic guidance and counseling to students
– Develop and implement tailored support plans to ensure student success
– Foster strong relationships with students, teachers, and staff
– Stay up-to-date on academic programs and courses to provide informed guidance
– Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress

*Job Requirements*
– Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
– Ability to work with diverse student populations and provide culturally sensitive support
