Age Limit: Max 37
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 weekly offs
Transport: Two-way paid cab available

Job Description:
As a Senior AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing high-volume accounts receivable follow-ups, insurance claim resolutions, and denial management for US healthcare clients. You will also mentor junior team members and ensure collections meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct AR follow-ups on denied and outstanding claims with US insurance companies.
Work on appeals and claim reprocessing as needed.
Train and assist junior AR Callers to improve productivity.
Maintain high accuracy in claim documentation and billing processes.
Coordinate with the billing team for necessary corrections.
Meet performance KPIs and revenue collection targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in AR Calling/Medical Billing.
Strong knowledge of denial management, insurance follow-ups, and revenue cycle management.
Excellent spoken English skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible to work in US rotational shifts.
