Shift: US Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 weekly offs

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented AR Caller to join our Accounts Receivable team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for handling denial management, insurance follow-ups, and revenue cycle management (RCM) for US healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies.
Handle claim denials, appeals, and resubmissions efficiently.
Ensure timely and accurate collections from US insurance payers.
Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage details.
Document all communication in the system accurately.
Meet or exceed assigned daily and monthly targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic understanding of US healthcare insurance and RCM is a plus.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in US rotational shifts.
Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
