Role: Senior Operations Analyst
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 Take Home + Incentives
Qualification: Graduate in any field
Experience: Minimum 1.6+ Years in an Operations Role
Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operational tasks and improve process efficiency.
Analyze operational data and generate performance reports.
Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
Work collaboratively with teams to resolve operational challenges.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements:

Minimum 1.6 years of experience in an operations-related role.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
