Role: Senior Operations Analyst
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 Take Home + Incentives
Qualification: Graduate Degree Required
Experience: Minimum 1.6+ Years in Operations
Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

Drive operational efficiency through analysis and process optimization.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
Support cross-functional teams in achieving operational goals.
Prepare reports and data insights for management review.
Requirements:

At least 1.6 years of experience in operations or a related domain.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
