Job Description 2: Senior Operations Analyst
Role: Senior Operations Analyst
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 Take Home + Incentives
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 1.6+ Years in Operations or similar field
Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor day-to-day operations and implement efficiency measures.
Analyze key operational metrics and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
Work closely with different teams to enhance workflow.
Prepare reports and present data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:

At least 1.6 years of experience in operations or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
