Job Description 2: Human Resources Coordinator
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 (Take Home during probation)
Benefits: Weekly and monthly incentives
Work Location: Koramangala 4th Block
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)
Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews
Maintain HR documents, including offer letters and contracts
Support training and development programs for employees
Handle employee grievances and coordinate conflict resolution
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
