Job Description 4: HR Executive – Recruitment
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 (Take Home, based on interview performance)
Benefits: Weekly and monthly incentives
Work Location: Koramangala 4th Block
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Conduct screening calls and shortlist candidates
Collaborate with different teams to fulfill hiring requirements
Maintain hiring reports and documentation
Stay updated with market trends to enhance recruitment strategies
