Job Description 3: Recruitment Specialist
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 (Take Home, based on interview performance)
Benefits: Weekly and monthly incentives
Work Location: Koramangala 4th Block
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles
Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines
Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely follow-ups
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities
