Job Description 2: Talent Acquisition Executive
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 (Take Home, based on interview performance)
Benefits: Weekly and monthly incentives
Work Location: Koramangala 4th Block
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and attract potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels
Conduct preliminary screenings to assess suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders
Assist in salary negotiations and offer rollouts
Track and report recruitment metrics for process improvement
