Job Description 1: HR Recruiter
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 (Take Home, based on interview performance)
Benefits: Weekly and monthly incentives
Work Location: Koramangala 4th Block
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule further rounds
Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs
Maintain candidate databases and follow up on hiring processes
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
