Job Description 3: HR Recruiter – Immediate Hiring
Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 Take Home (Based on Interview Performance) + Incentives
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on company needs.
Follow up with candidates for interviews and offer acceptance.
Maintain records of all recruitment activities.
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in recruitment is a plus.
