Job Description 2: HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition
Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 Take Home (Based on Interview Performance) + Incentives
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and attract potential candidates using multiple sourcing strategies.
Conduct screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future roles.
Assist in employer branding and outreach activities.
Ensure seamless coordination and documentation in the recruitment process.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Experience in a recruitment role is preferred but not mandatory.
