Job Description 1: HR Recruiter – Full-Time
Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 Take Home (Based on Interview Performance) + Incentives
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment data and reports.
Requirements:

Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple job roles simultaneously.
Prior experience in recruitment is an added advantage.
