Job Description 3: HR Coordinator – Immediate Hiring
Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 Take Home (During Probation) + Incentives
Shift Timings: Day Shift
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Handle onboarding and induction of new employees.
Support employee engagement and performance management processes.
Assist in handling employee grievances and concerns.
Skills & Qualifications:

Any graduate with an interest in HR functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Previous experience in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
