Job Description 5: HR Recruiter (End-to-End Recruitment)
Job Title: HR Recruiter (Generalist)
Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 Take Home (Based on Interview Performance) + Weekly and Monthly Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across different departments
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with stakeholders
Handle offer negotiations and onboarding formalities
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring analytics
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Familiarity with HR software and job portals
Good understanding of hiring trends and best practices
Proactive and results-driven approach
