Job Title: HR Recruiter (Bulk Hiring)
Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 Take Home (Based on Interview Performance) + Weekly and Monthly Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Handle mass hiring for BPO, sales, and customer support roles
Screen high volumes of candidates efficiently
Coordinate and conduct walk-in interviews
Ensure timely closure of bulk hiring requirements
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Requirements:

Experience in bulk hiring or BPO recruitment preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle high-pressure hiring scenarios
Knowledge of different sourcing techniques
Proficiency in recruitment tools and databases
