Job Title: HR Recruiter (Non-IT Hiring)
Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 Take Home (Based on Interview Performance) + Weekly and Monthly Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles such as sales, customer support, and operations
Source candidates using job portals, networking, and employee referrals
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Maintain accurate records of all hiring activities
Requirements:

Prior experience in recruitment preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand different job roles and their requirements
Familiarity with recruitment tools and databases
Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach
