Job Title: HR Recruiter (Technical Hiring)
Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 Take Home (Based on Interview Performance) + Weekly and Monthly Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and attract technical talent for IT and software development roles
Conduct screening interviews and evaluate technical skills
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Keep track of recruitment metrics and hiring trends
Requirements:

Experience or knowledge in IT/technical hiring preferred
Strong networking and sourcing abilities
Good understanding of technical roles and skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and job portals
