Job Description 1: HR Recruiter (Entry Level)
Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 Take Home (Based on Interview Performance) + Weekly and Monthly Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate recruitment processes
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment status
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and job portal platforms
Good organizational and time-management skills
Prior recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory
