Job Title: Academic Counselor
Location: Ramnagara (Shantinagar)
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Day Shift)
Off Days: Sunday Fixed Off
Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
Salary Range:

Freshers: ₹25,000 Take Home
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
Responsibilities:

Assist students in making informed academic and career choices.
Explain course structures, admission criteria, and tuition fees.
Guide students through the application and enrollment process.
Maintain student records and track inquiries.
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams for lead conversion.
Preferred Skills:

Strong persuasion and communication skills.
Good understanding of educational courses and career guidance.
Ability to manage multiple student queries efficiently.
Proficiency in using MS Office and student management tools.
