Position: Academic Counselor
Location: Ramnagara (Shantinagar)
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
Work Schedule: Sunday Fixed Off
Educational Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Salary:

Freshers: ₹25,000 Take Home
Experience: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding academic programs and career paths.
Provide information about admission criteria and enrollment processes.
Follow up with prospective students to encourage course enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Work closely with faculty and administrative teams for student support.
Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong convincing and counseling skills.
Knowledge of educational industry trends.
Ability to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
