Job Description 5: Academic Counselor
Role: Academic Counselor
Location: Ramnagara (Shantinagar)
Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM (Fixed Day Shift)
Work Schedule: Sunday Fixed Off
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Salary:

Freshers: ₹25,000 Take Home
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:

Guide students in making informed academic and career decisions.
Conduct counseling sessions through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Provide information about courses, admission criteria, and career prospects.
Follow up with potential students to encourage enrollment.
Maintain and update student counseling records.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
Open for fresh graduates and candidates with experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.
Organized, proactive, and result-driven approach.
