Job Description 5: Academic Counselor (Student Success Advisor)
Job Title: Academic Counselor
Location: Ramnagara (Shantinagar)
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Day Shift, Sunday Fixed Off)
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Salary: Freshers – ₹25,000 (Take Home), Experienced – Up to ₹5.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

Support students in making informed academic choices
Guide students through the entire admission and enrollment process
Identify challenges students face and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain student records and track progress
Work with faculty and staff to enhance the student experience
Requirements:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to counsel students effectively on academic and career options
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in using student management software and CRM tools
