Job Title: Academic Counselor
Location: Ramnagara (Shantinagar)
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Day Shift, Sunday Fixed Off)
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Salary: Freshers – ₹25,000 (Take Home), Experienced – Up to ₹5.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

Assess students’ academic backgrounds and provide career guidance
Recommend suitable programs based on students’ skills and aspirations
Conduct informative sessions to help students understand course benefits
Follow up with students to ensure continued engagement
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrollment process
Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and counseling skills
Knowledge of career pathways and academic trends
Ability to build rapport with students and parents
Excellent problem-solving and persuasion skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
