Job Description 3: Academic Counselor (Admissions & Enrollment Focus)
Job Title: Academic Counselor
Location: Ramnagara (Shantinagar)
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Day Shift, Sunday Fixed Off)
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Salary: Freshers – ₹25,000 (Take Home), Experienced – Up to ₹5.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

Provide detailed information about academic programs and career paths
Guide students through the admissions process and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions data
Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to ensure conversions
Work with the academic team to improve the enrollment experience
Requirements:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to counsel students based on their interests and career goals
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Passion for education and student development
