Job Description 1: Academic Counselor (Fresher & Experienced)
Job Title: Academic Counselor
Location: Ramnagara (Shantinagar)
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Day Shift, Sunday Fixed Off)
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Salary: Freshers – ₹25,000 (Take Home), Experienced – Up to ₹5.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

Counsel students on academic programs and career opportunities
Guide students through the enrollment and admission process
Address student inquiries and provide accurate course details
Assist students in making informed decisions regarding their education
Maintain a database of student interactions and follow up as necessary
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage with students and understand their requirements
Good problem-solving and counseling skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Passion for education and student success
