Designation: Academic Counselor
Work Location: Ramnagara (Shantinagar)
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Day Shift)
Off Days: Sunday Fixed Off
Education: Graduation is Mandatory
Salary Details:

Freshers: ₹25,000 Take Home
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
Job Responsibilities:

Guide students in selecting suitable courses for their career growth.
Explain admission processes, eligibility criteria, and course benefits.
Engage with students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Follow up with prospective students and ensure smooth enrollment.
Maintain student databases and track admission progress.
Desired Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle student queries effectively.
Basic understanding of academic courses and career opportunities.
Experience in counseling or customer service is a plus.
