Job Description 1: Academic Counselor
Role: Academic Counselor
Location: Ramnagara (Shantinagar)
Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM (Fixed Day Shift)
Work Schedule: Sunday Fixed Off
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Salary:

Freshers: ₹25,000 Take Home
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:

Guide students in selecting appropriate academic programs.
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding course options.
Assist in the enrollment process and ensure a smooth admission experience.
Maintain a database of student inquiries and follow up for conversions.
Conduct counseling sessions via phone, email, or in person.
Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
Open for freshers and experienced candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle queries and provide clear guidance.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
