Position: Operations Analyst
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 (Take Home)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1.6+ years (Fresh Graduates can also apply)
Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed Weekends Off)
Location: Brookfield

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Collect and analyze data to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize processes.
Prepare operational reports and identify key performance trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
