Role: Operations Analyst
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 Take Home + Performance-Based Incentives
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced Candidates (1.6+ Years Preferred)
Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and optimizing operational workflows.
Analyze key performance indicators and suggest process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with teams to resolve operational issues.
Generate and present reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements:

Graduate from any discipline.
Freshers can apply; candidates with 1.6+ years of experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
