Role: Operations Analyst
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentives
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates and Experienced Professionals (1.6+ Years Preferred)
Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
Analyze key performance metrics and identify improvement areas.
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows.
Generate reports and provide recommendations based on data insights.
Requirements:

Graduates from any discipline.
Freshers can apply; candidates with 1.6+ years of experience preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
