Role: Operations Analyst
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 Take Home + Incentives
Qualification: Graduate in any field
Experience: Open for Freshers and Experienced Professionals (Minimum 1.6+ Years Preferred)
Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

Handle operational activities to ensure efficiency in workflows.
Analyze data and identify areas for process improvements.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with different teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Open for freshers and candidates with at least 1.6 years of experience.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
