Job Description 5: Operations Analyst (Process Improvement)
Job Title: Operations Analyst
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 (Take Home) + Attractive Incentives
Qualification: Graduate (Freshers can apply)
Experience: 1.6+ years preferred, but not mandatory
Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Work Days: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Work Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements
Analyze operational data and track performance metrics
Assist in creating and implementing standard operating procedures
Work with teams to ensure efficiency and productivity
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Quick learner with a process-driven mindset
