Job Description 4: Operations Analyst (Data & Reporting Focus)
Job Title: Operations Analyst
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 (Take Home) + Attractive Incentives
Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1.6+ years in operations, data analysis, or a related field
Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Work Days: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Work Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

Manage data collection and analysis to drive operational improvements
Develop reports and dashboards for performance tracking
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for process optimization
Identify trends and suggest corrective actions based on data insights
Ensure timely and accurate reporting for business decisions
Requirements:

Experience in data analysis and operations preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, or other reporting tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate findings effectively to management
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
