Job Description 3: Operations Analyst (Performance Optimization)
Job Title: Operations Analyst
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 (Take Home) + Attractive Incentives
Qualification: Graduate (Freshers can apply)
Experience: 1.6+ years of experience preferred
Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Work Days: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Work Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct root cause analysis for process inefficiencies
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance
Analyze trends and suggest data-driven recommendations
Prepare reports and presentations for management review
Ensure smooth collaboration between different teams for efficiency
Requirements:

Strong analytical and numerical skills
Ability to work with large datasets and generate insights
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
