Job Description 1: Operations Analyst (Entry-Level)
Job Title: Operations Analyst
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 (Take Home) + Attractive Incentives
Qualification: Graduate (Freshers can apply)
Experience: Minimum 1.6+ years (Freshers with strong analytical skills can also apply)
Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Work Days: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Work Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze operational processes to improve efficiency
Assist in data collection and reporting to identify key performance metrics
Support the operations team in ensuring smooth workflow and process adherence
Identify gaps and recommend improvements to optimize performance
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations
Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with data and generate reports
Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
