Designation: Operations Analyst
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 (Take Home)
Educational Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: Minimum 1.6+ years (Freshers Eligible)
Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed Weekends Off)
Location: Brookfield

Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth operational processes and timely execution of tasks.
Identify inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies.
Prepare and analyze reports to track performance metrics.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Work closely with teams to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Skill Requirements:

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
