Role: Operations Analyst
Salary: Up to ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentives
Qualification: Graduates
Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates and Experienced Candidates (Minimum 1.6+ Years Preferred)
Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze operational processes to improve efficiency.
Assist in developing workflow improvements and optimization strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Work collaboratively with teams to solve operational challenges.
Prepare reports and present data-driven insights to management.
Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Fresh graduates can apply; experienced candidates (1.6+ years) will be preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
