Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Languages Required: English, Kannada, Hindi
Location: Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their inquiries via call support.
Provide resolutions while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues when needed.
Manage customer data and records.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills.
Ability to handle customer issues professionally.
