Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Languages Required: English, Kannada, Hindi
Location: Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via calls and chats.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain records of interactions and follow up where necessary.
Adapt to rotational shifts and work schedules.
Requirements:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
