Job Description 5: Voice Process Executive (Customer Support)
Location: Brookfield
Salary: Up to 21K – 27K Take Home
Transport: One-way cab available (Two-way chargeable)
Qualification: PUC and above
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 days off
Shift: Rotational UK Shift

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
Document interactions and escalate issues when needed.
Maintain quality service standards and adhere to company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum PUC qualification.
Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts.
