Location: Brookfield
Salary: Up to 21K – 27K Take Home
Transport: One-way cab available (Two-way chargeable)
Qualification: PUC and above
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 days off
Shift: Rotational UK Shift

Role Summary:
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support through multiple communication channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues.
Requirements:
PUC or higher education.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including rotational UK shifts.
